Be quiet when you enter a room. Feel the temperature, read the vibe and wait before speaking. Practice being quiet more often.
Speak only when absolutely necessary as your words create change and change the environment.
Do I really need to say what I feel?
Is what I’m about to say really necessary?
Will what I say improve the situation?
