Dare to Daydream!

Make time to daydream. Schedule 25 minutes on your calendar and use that time to:
figure things out
get quiet
brainstorm
doodle
create

Get somewhere and sit down!

Sitting down requires determination and focus. Sitting down allows you to think God’s thoughts. It allows Him to think through you and allows Him to show you what he’s planned for you.

Have some fun today. Daydream.
Think of what could be. What you could be.
Decide what tomorrow will look like, today.
Draw it out.
Speak it out.
Project your future.
Determine your destiny.

Your schedule is the canvas for your day, week, month, and year.
It’s a blank slate.
Don’t use it to repeat past shortcomings and failures.
Write a new chapter of victory!
One where the hero, you, wins every time.

Change Your Playlist

This podcast is from an interview with Rocker Life Coach, Tim Gillette.  In this 5 minute piece, he speaks about how so many of us have negative tapes (thoughts) going on in our heads that replay over and over. He talks about his personal struggle and what he does every day to win.  Consider the source of what you hear in your headsets and if you don’t like the voices in your head change the playlist. “You make the music that going to be in your life”.  Enjoy.

Expect Better.

The choice is always ours.  We can expect the best or we can expect the best.   Not sure what to choose?  Choose life.

I read this this morning and thought that this would help someone. It certainly helped me.

““This command I am giving you today is not too difficult for you, and it is not beyond your reach. It is not kept in heaven, so distant that you must ask, ‘Who will go up to heaven and bring it down so we can hear it and obey?’ It is not kept beyond the sea, so far away that you must ask, ‘Who will cross the sea to bring it to us so we can hear it and obey?’ No, the message is very close at hand; it is on your lips and in your heart so that you can obey it.

“Now listen! Today I am giving you a choice between life and death, between prosperity and disaster. For I command you this day to love the Lord your God and to keep his commands, decrees, and regulations by walking in his ways. If you do this, you will live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you and the land you are about to enter and occupy.

“But if your heart turns away and you refuse to listen, and if you are drawn away to serve and worship other gods, then I warn you now that you will certainly be destroyed. You will not live a long, good life in the land you are crossing the Jordan to occupy.

“Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live! You can make this choice by loving the Lord your God, obeying him, and committing yourself firmly to him. This is the key to your life. And if you love and obey the Lord, you will live long in the land the Lord swore to give your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.””

your new level is your new thought

New Levels

Your next level is your new thought. I heard this at a conference I attended.  Casey Treat was the speaker and he talked about renewing your mind.  I’m all about what’s going on in my headsets.  What am I listening to on a daily basis?  The things that we listen to determine where we’re going to end up.  Renewing my mind is important.  What I’m listening to right now has gotten me where I am.  If I’m going to go to a different level I got to get a new thought.  But how do I get a new thought? I’ve got to get new information. I’ve got to change the information that I have been receiving, get different information and apply that information.  I now have a new thought.  I can now go to a new level.  New thoughts . . . New levels.

What new thoughts do you need to go to your next level?  We’d love to hear from you. Share this with someone.  Thanks for tuning in.
